Museum Maluku is committed to collecting, managing, researching, presenting and making Moluccan heritage accessible.

We strive to keep all information on our website up to date and accurate. Despite this care, inaccuracies or changes may occur. No rights can be derived from the content of the website.

Museum Maluku reserves the right to change information, programmes, opening hours, prices and services without prior notice.

When you reserve tickets or register for an event, you will receive a confirmation.

Museum Maluku reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel events, activities or exhibitions when circumstances require it.

If an event is cancelled by Museum Maluku, a suitable solution or refund will be offered where applicable.

Donations to Museum Maluku are used to support the mission and objectives of the organisation.

Unless stated otherwise, donations are voluntary and donations already processed cannot be reclaimed.

Periodic gifts are subject to the arrangements set out in the relevant gift agreement.

For purchases through the webshop or other sales channels, the prices stated at the time of ordering apply.

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT where legally applicable.

Museum Maluku reserves the right to change prices.

Payments are processed via secure payment methods.

Invoices must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice.

In the event of non-payment, Museum Maluku reserves the right to temporarily suspend further services until the payment obligation has been met.

All reasonable costs arising from the collection of outstanding claims may, insofar as legally permitted, be recovered from the debtor.

All texts, photos, videos, illustrations, logos, design, databases, collections and other content on the website are the property of Museum Maluku or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

Nothing on this website may be copied, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission, unless permitted by law.

When you submit a story, photo, video, document or other contribution via the Stories Module or other platforms of Museum Maluku, you declare that:

• you are authorised to share the contribution;

• the contribution does not infringe the rights of third parties;

• any necessary permissions have been obtained;

• the information provided is true and accurate.

By submitting a contribution, you give Museum Maluku permission to assess, store, research and – where appropriate – use it for collection management, research, education, publications, exhibitions and other activities that fit within Museum Maluku's social objectives.

Museum Maluku is not obliged to publish submitted material or include it in the collection.

It is not permitted to use the website for:

• unlawful activities;

• distributing harmful software;

• disrupting the functioning of the website;

• posting offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content;

• infringing intellectual property rights.

In the event of misuse, Museum Maluku may restrict or terminate access to the website.
