On Sunday 31 October the museum is holding the second edition of Future Community. This time the training takes us to Stichting Benang Radja in Leerdam. So do you have ideas for your neighbourhood, or do you want to do something for Maluku but are not quite sure how to go about it or where to start? Sign yourself and others up and get inspired!
After many enthusiastic responses and a successful first edition of Future Community, we are continuing our journey around the country. The second edition takes place at Stichting Benang Radja in Leerdam. During this day you get the chance to learn how to make your wishes for the Moluccan community come true. Experienced community builders share their story and give you advice where needed. Finally there is an opportunity to network, because like you there are many people who want to do their bit. Share ideas and spar with one another, because you may well be able to help each other.
What you take away: • You broaden your knowledge of how to do something for your community • You learn how to join forces to get things done • You gain insight into how organising change works • You have expanded your network and may even be able to start new collaborations
