In the series Maju Mundur, various pairs with Moluccan roots take a seat opposite an art or cultural object. 'What is the first thing you notice and what feeling does it evoke in you?' are questions that eventually lead to a light-hearted and open conversation in which valuable and funny moments are shared.

THE MHM COLLECTION IN STORAGE
The MHM collection, previously housed in the museum in Utrecht, has been in storage since 2013. The collection cannot yet be seen in The Hague. Our curators are working hard on unpacking the entire MHM collection and examining its condition. They want to make part of the collection accessible to the public again as soon as possible.
