Speed dating during the Digital Decolonising course

Our colleague Jaimie Pattipeilohy was invited as a speaker for Heritage Lab’s ‘Digital Decolonising’ course. An online course focused on sharing and on how to deal with (post-) and (de-)colonial perspectives. For two hours she had fascinating conversations; she takes you along.

Talk show: Listening to the silence. Slavery in the former Dutch East Indies

‘Ons land’ exhibition together with Museum Sophiahof

Under the title Ons Land – Decolonisation, generations, stories, Museum Sophiahof in The Hague opens a semi-permanent exhibition about the decolonisation of Indonesia in December 2021. The exhibition is the second joint project of the Indisch Herinneringscentrum and the Moluks Historisch Museum.

A new historical lens reveals slavery in Asia
